QuickPar

QuickPar is the most convenient freeware client for creating PAR and PAR2 archives under Windows. With it you can permanently secure your sensitive data. QuickPar uses the PAR or PAR2 algorithm to collect and store recovery information about files. The tool creates "Parity Volumes" using the Reed-Solomon algorithm. They contain information that allows files to be checked for modification or damage and, if necessary, repaired or even completely restored.
